Learn award-winning techniques to create unique Mikuni sushi in this hands-on class taught by a member of the Arai Family! Includes a complete sushi-making kit, with the ingredients and tools you will need to create your meal. Temaki (Spicy Tuna Hand Roll) Uramaki (California Roll, Fair Oaks Roll) Nigiri Classes are held from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at our Mikuni Roseville (Eureka) location. Participants must be 18 years or older.
Private Sushiology $130 PER PERSON
Learn award-winning techniques to create unique Mikuni sushi in this hands-on class taught by a Mikuni master chef. This interactive class includes a complete meal with the sushi that YOU create, appetizers and sake tastings, as well as your own sushi-making kit to take home. * 20 person minimum, 30 person maximum.
