  Our chefs teamed up with Two Chefs Brewing from Amsterdam to create a beer that goes seamlessly with our food. Although it was created with Sichuan peppercorns, this fresh beer won’t have you breathing fire. As you know, Sichuan peppercorns are berries of the prickly ash tree, a member of the citrus family. We’ve utilised their unique characteristics to add a fresh layer of citrus with herbal undertones and a hint of lavender, tamed by an army of chess, offers you a unique and refreshing experie
